We are one of a few offshore recruitment agencies that offer freelancers Professional Indemnity (PI) in addition to Public Liability Insurance as standard. Precise Consultants operate a range of insurance policies. We work in adherence to our clients&#8217; contractual requirements and offer the following insurance positions &#8211; where these policies differ or extend to other areas we will notify you directly.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Professional Indemnity<\/h3>\r\n<p>Professional Indemnity (also referring to Errors or Omissions) is where an individual gives advice or a professional opinion that is subsequently found to be incorrect and where the party to whom that advice was given suffers injury, damage or financial loss.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Credit Insurance<\/h3>\r\n<p>We are fully credit insured for each client we work with through Credit Indemnity &amp; Financial Services (CIFS). This safeguard ensures that freelancers working through us will always be paid regardless of any extenuating circumstances.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Public Liability<\/h3>\r\n<p>We provide cover to freelancers if, through their negligence, they cause loss or damage in the course of their business to other people or other people&#8217;s property and a claim is made against them*.
