We take pride in offering a stress-free accounting service for our freelancers and we are always at hand to offer advice and assistance as required.\n<h3>\n\tInvoices<\/h3>\n\n\tPlease could you submit your invoices to <a href=\"mailto:accounts@preciseconsultants.com\">accounts@preciseconsultants.com<\/a> at the end of each month then finally on the project end date. Make sure to clearly state your banks details (and currency if different from invoicing currency) and any special payment requirements.\n\n\tPayment terms are 30 days from invoice date.\n<h3>\n\tTimesheets<\/h3>\n\n\tWe ask that you please submit signed timesheets at the middle and end of each month then finally on project end date.\n\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-01.cms-eu-v2i.applyflow.com\/precise-consultants\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Timesheet-Template.xlsx\" title=\"Download Timesheet here\">Download Timesheet here<\/a>\n<h3>\n\tExpenses<\/h3>\n\n\tJust like your invoices, it is vital that your expenses are reimbursed quickly and efficiently.\n\n\tTo ensure your expenses are reimbursed promptly, please submit your expenses in tandem with your invoices using the expense template provided (accompanied by scanned receipts).\n\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/cdn-01.cms-eu-v2i.applyflow.com\/precise-consultants\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Expense-Template.xlsx\" title=\"Download Expense Sheet here\">Download Expense Sheet here<\/a>\n\n\tWe are also happy to accept expenses via apps such as Expensify (Expensify is an app available on Android and iPhone that allows you to photograph and submit your expenses via your phone: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.expensify.com\">www.expensify.com<\/a>).\n\n\tUnfortunately, no expenses can be settled without all appropriate receipt information and we ask that all expenses are claimed within two months of the end of your assignment as claims after that period can result in your expenses being rejected for payment.\n<h3>\n\tCurrency conversion<\/h3>\n\n\tWe can make invoice payments to you in your native currency through our foreign exchange brokers. Our brokers will almost always provide a better conversion rate than the banks. We are one of a few offshore recruitment agencies that offer freelancers Professional Indemnity (PI) in addition to Public Liability Insurance as standard. Precise Consultants operate a range of insurance policies. We work in adherence to our clients&#8217; contractual requirements and offer the following insurance positions &#8211; where these policies differ or extend to other areas we will notify you directly.\n<h3>\n\tProfessional Indemnity<\/h3>\n\n\tProfessional Indemnity (also referring to Errors or Omissions) is where an individual gives advice or a professional opinion that is subsequently found to be incorrect and where the party to whom that advice was given suffers injury, damage or financial loss.\n<h3>\n\tCredit Insurance<\/h3>\n\n\tWe are fully credit insured with Credit Indemnity &amp; Financial Services (CIFS) acting as our underwriters. In order to make sure that the freelancers work through us will always be paid on time regardless of any extenuating circumstances.\n<h3>\n\tPublic Liability<\/h3>\n\n\tWe provide cover if, through your negligence, you cause loss or damage in the course of your business to other people or other people&#8217;s property and a claim is made against you*. However, NO COVER will be provided in the event of your gross negligence.\n\n\t*Insurers will arrange legal representation\n<h3>\n\tBusiness Travel<\/h3>\n\n\tPrecise Consultants provide business travel insurance for all freelancers when working on a project.
