Tom O’Neill
Associate Director
Tom joined Precise Consultants in 2014, and currently works as our Associate Director, bringing over 13 years of recruitment experience with him, primarily focused on the oil and energy sectors. Initially starting in compliance, he transitioned into front-line recruitment, collaborating with major energy and engineering companies worldwide and smaller consultancies. Tom found his professional home at Precise Consultants, leveraging his extensive expertise to assist our clients with their resourcing challenges and placements in the Hydrographic Survey market. Tom has a degree in Politics from Lancaster University and is passionate about rugby and beer, often combining the two. He has been an active player and executive member of Streatham Croydon RFU since 2012 and is also the founder and main organiser of a local beer and food festival called “Brigstock”.
