Derya joined Precise Consultants in 2015 as an intern and is a perfect example of how we nurture great talent. Derya was born and raised in the Netherlands with a Turkish heritage. She studied International Business and Management at the HZ University in the Netherlands and also holds a Master of Science in Management from Birkbeck University in London. As our Operations Director, she is responsible for overseeing the Admin, Operations, HR, Marketing and Compliance teams. Her passion is to ensure Precise consistently delivers a smooth and efficient service, through ongoing monitoring of our business operations. In her free time, she enjoys shopping (way too much!), reading and exploring all that London has to offer.
